GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please note: Only the German original of these General Terms and Conditions of Fashion Concept GmbH is legally binding. The English translation is provided for information purposes only and has no legal force. By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, you automatically accept the German original you can see below the english version.

1. Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern all transactions between private customers as well as companies and the online shop of Fashion Concept GmbH, Hochstrasse 93, 8044 Zurich, hello@reed-studios.com, VAT number: CHE-112.218.871 VAT, hereinafter referred to as the "provider". An order is deemed accepted and the contract deemed effective as soon as the confirmation email reaches the buyer. Should no confirmation message arrive promptly, the buyer is entitled to regard the order as rejected and may conclude a contract with an alternative provider. By accepting the order confirmation, the purchaser accepts these GTC.

2. Pricing and special offers

All prices are indicated in CHF and include the statutory value-added tax. Additional shipping costs are listed separately at the end of the ordering process. The provider reserves the right to change prices at any time, whereby for customers the prices at the time of the order are decisive. Details of special offers can be found directly with the respective products.

3. Delivery conditions and inspection for defects

Deliveries are generally made within a maximum of 7 working days. Should a longer delivery time be required, the customer will be notified after the expiry of this period. If no such notification occurs, the customer may withdraw from the purchase. Defects in the delivered products must be reported by the buyer within 5 calendar days after receipt.

4. Payment

Payments can be made as follows:

• Credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express)

• Apple Pay

Delivery on account does not take place.

5. Retention of title

All products delivered to customers remain the property of Fashion Concept GmbH until full payment has been made.

6. Right of withdrawal

Products that have been properly delivered can only be returned or exchanged in exceptional cases and after prior agreement with Fashion Concept GmbH at the buyer’s expense.

7. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies, namely the provisions of the CO (Swiss Code of Obligations). For claims by customers, the court at the registered office of Fashion Concept GmbH is competent, while for claims by the provider the court at the customer’s domicile is competent.

8. Password

If the customer registers in order to be able to use the services offered on this website, he is asked to set a password. The customer is obliged to treat this password strictly confidentially and not to disclose it to any third party.

Exclusively the customer is responsible for the use of this password and for every order placed using this password, even without the knowledge of the customer.

If the customer has knowledge of or suspects that a third party knows or uses his password, he should inform Fashion Concept GmbH immediately accordingly. Fashion Concept GmbH is in no way liable for damage due to an omitted notification.
